The following is a description of services.

Patrol Security

a marked (or unmarked) patrol squad will do nightly patrol inspections at random times during the night. When the security officer arrives He / She will check the Grounds, garages / parking areas for loiterers and check the buildings exterior. The Security Officer will then enter the building and check all the interior doors, hallways, rest rooms, stairwells, and write a report to leave in a designated place (or) fax in the morning.

Lock-up and Unlocks

Kern Innovative Security Services LLC will complete a walk through and a lock -up of the property at a specified time at night. (arm the alarm system if warranted) also do a walk through and property unlock (disarm the alarm) at a certain time in the morning.

Alarm Response

Kern Innovative Security Services LLC. Will Respond to burglar alarms instead of the Police. K.I.S.S. will help set it up with your monitoring company. when an alarm is tripped. Kern Innovative Security Services LLC. Will respond in a timely manner, check the exterior for signs of forced entry. (If none) The Security Officer will enter the property ,disarm the system, and Check the zone that has been tripped. The Security Officer will Investigate to find the cause, and remedy the problem. write a report of his/her findings, and leave it for the person in charge to see first thing in the morning. The security Officer will clear and rearm the alarm system, and secure the building.

This means Kern Innovative Security Services LLC may be considered key holders.

Fire Watch

A property Manager or fire Marshal may order a “Fire Watch” usually after a fire or during a long power outage. K.I.S.S. will place a guard at the property to monitor for fires, and to prevent looters, until the alarm system is restored.

Guard Services: Unarmed or armed

A Guard will be posted at the property doing hourly foot patrols through the building and the grounds. The Guard will keep a log of these patrols and their times. The guard will be available for escorts to the client / employee’s cars. A supervisor will do random visits to the property 3 times a week. The Supervisor will also be available at all times , should a situation arise.

Special Events Security

All special events need to give a 30 day advance notice.
